“We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hotel Bergkristall. The property is beautiful and impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious, elegantly renovated and fully equipped for our needs, and the hotel spa is one of the best we’ve experienced. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was at a true chef-level standard. The staff were professional and genuinely warm with our 4 year old son. In particular, Sara provided exceptional, personalized care- she anticipated our needs, handled every request with attentiveness and efficiency, and went above and beyond to make our stay effortless and memorable. Overall we felt the price offered excellent value. Highly recommended”
“We stayed here this past August and honestly, it was incredible. The location is stunning – the views alone are worth the trip. There’s so much to do nearby, all just a few minutes away by car. We found great sledding parks, a cable car, some beautiful hiking trails, and really good playgrounds for kids. Plenty to keep everyone happy. We had a two-room suite with a dry sauna, which was a nice touch. The closet space was generous, and the balcony… wow. We spent every morning out there with coffee just taking in the view. Sara greeted us when we arrived and looked after us the whole time we were there. She really made the stay special with her warm hospitality. The hotel restaurant was excellent – we were impressed by the quality of the food. The pool, spa, and bar were all top-notch too. Everything felt well-maintained and the service across the board was outstanding. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a mountain getaway.”

They did a fantastic job accommodating gluten free without it ever feeling like an inconvenience. The spa is beautiful and one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen. It’s been a while since I’ve enjoyed a hotel this much. Already looking forward to returning one day.”
